Job Description Manage and oversee daily sales administration operations Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, quotations, and contract documentation Monitor sales data, customer records, and ensure accuracy in CRM or ERP systems Prepare regular sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts for management Coordinate with finance, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Manage sales documents such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and payment follow-ups Assist sales management in tracking targets, commissions, and incentives Handle customer inquiries related to orders, documentation, and after-sales administration Ensure sales processes comply with company SOPs and internal controls Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field Minimum

2–4 years

of experience in sales administration or sales support role Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with CRM / ERP systems Detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle multiple tasks Good communication skills and able to coordinate cross-departmenta
