Role Summary
To ensure that all gas station (SPBU) operational activities run properly and in accordance with the applicable operational procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure that fuel (BBM) delivered to the gas station is properly handled and recorded.
Ensure the team achieves sales targets in terms of both product mix and sales volume.
Ensure all team members follow work procedures in accordance with the applicable SOP.
Ensure that sales and financial recording processes, both offline and online, are properly carried out by the team, and that all sales documents are properly maintained in accordance with the applicable SOP.
Ensure that cash handling, including safekeeping of sales revenue and the use of petty cash at the gas station, is conducted in accordance with procedures.
Monitor stock levels and ensure reporting is conducted before fuel stock reaches dead stock level.
Ensure that all gas station facilities, including operational equipment and public facilities, are well-maintained, in good condition, and ready for use.
Qualifications
Minimum high school graduate (or equivalent); Bachelorโs degree is preferred.
Minimum 2 year of experience in a leadership role.
Experience in managing a gas station (SPBU), at least at a leader level, is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
Proficient in operating a computer and processing data.
