Supply Chain Manager (Car Services)

Manage the procurement of automotive spare parts, consumables, and other materials in accordance with the purchasing plan. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while optimizing procurement costs. Analyze market trends and pricing to develop efficient purchasing strategies. Negotiate, prepare, and manage procurement contracts to ensure quality standards and timely delivery. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time availability of goods. Handle issues within the procurement process and elevate them to management when necessary. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in automotive spare parts procurement, preferably within the quick service industry. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management, with solid negotiation skills and cost control awareness. Has experience handling spare parts from multiple brands. Ability to analyze market conditions and manage procurement-related risks. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in office software and ERP systems. Must be fluent in English.
