Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.

Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Dynamic, proactive, hands-on leader.

High level of detail, cleanliness and maintenance.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Strong analytical skills with focus on cost and expenses.

Adequate education for the applied position; preferred qualifications are a plus.

Familiarity with major PMS systems is an advantage.

Revenue-driven mindset.
