is seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Operational Manager

to lead its daily operations. The company is known for its commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth performance and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.

Supervise and support restaurant teams to maintain service excellence and operational standards.

Monitor inventory, cost control, and supply chain management.

Collaborate with management to achieve business goals and optimize operational performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the

restaurant or F&B industry .

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple outlets (if applicable).
