Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia (on-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: IDR 4,000,000–5,000,000 / month

Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct extensive research to identify profitable business opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
Lead Generation: Find and attract new clients through various channels, including cold outreach, referrals, networking events, and online platforms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategies for growth, create compelling proposals and presentations, and guide prospects through the sales funnel to close deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPls) like lead conversion rates and pipeline growth to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish new connections.

Excellent ability to communicate, build rapport, and effectively present information to clients and internal stakeholders.
Negotiation and Persuasion: Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and persuade potential clients to adopt the company's products or services.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer demands, and evolving industry trends.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the company's products, services, and the overall market landscape to effectively match solutions to client needs.
