Negotiateshelfspace,displayplacements,andpromotionalagreementswithbuyers.
Monitorsell-inandsell-outperformance,ensuringtargetsareconsistentlyachieved.
Conductregularbusinessreviewswithkeyaccountbuyerstoidentifyopportunitiesforgrowth.
2.Merchandising&StoreExecution
Ensureproductavailabilityandzerostock-outsacrossallMToutlets.
Implementplanogramcomplianceandmaintainpremiumvisibilityinallassignedstores.
Executein-storepromotions,secondarydisplays,andPOSMplacementtomaximizeconsumerengagement.
Monitorcompetitors’activities(pricing,promotions,availability&visibility)andprovideactionableinsights.
3.Reporting&DataManagement
Trackandreportsalesperformance,marketshare,andinventorymovementforMTaccounts.
Prepareweeklyandmonthlysalesreportsformanagementreview.
Providestore-levelinsightsandfeedbacktoimproveproductstrategies.
WorkcloselywiththeMarketingTeamtorolloutpromotionalcampaigns,sampling,andconsumerengagementactivitiesinMTstores.
CoordinatewiththeSupplyChainteamtoensuresmoothproductdistributionandtimelyreplenishment.
Supportfieldsalesteamsbyprovidingupdatedinformationonpricing,productlistings,andpromoprograms.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in Merchandiser, key account management, from lifestyle products tobacco, e-cigarette, alcohol industry or hospitality are really welcome
Strong knowledge of nightlife culture and consumer behavior in Jakarta
Well-connected with key stakeholders in Key Account outlets (owners, managers, promoters).
Proven ability to drive sales and execute activation programs.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented.
Willing to travel within assigned areas.
