Job Title: Client Relation Intern (Paid Internship)
Department: Client Relation & Project Management Office

Information About The Role
As a Client Relation Intern, the goal is to build strong connections, meet client needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. This involves maintaining relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with teams to drive loyalty and long-term success.
Key Responsibility
Ensure existing accounts are satisfied through after-sales care and by gathering and utilizing feedback.
Research industry trends and advise colleagues on client strategy and potential sales opportunities.
Draft proposals and presentations on business solutions, products, or services for clients.
Act as the point of contact for complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure contract terms are adhered to by both the company and clients.
Monitor program performance metrics regularly.
In project management, develop detailed project plans, involve relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility to track progress effectively.
Requirement
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in
Business, Management, Marketing, Communication Studies, or related fields
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in phone conversations
Interest in
sales, business development, or customer engagement
Motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn new things
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
