Sales Manager

PT Spectrum UniTec is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies, and building strong relationships with customer potential and key clients. Location: Tangerang – Jatake (willing to travel across Indonesia)

What You’ll Do : Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve company targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Identify new business opportunities and market potential. Collaborate with internal teams (production, purchasing, PPIC, and etc) to deliver solutions. Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management. What We’re Looking For : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel. Experience in manufacturing / B2B sales is a strong advantage. Familiar with technical products; ability to read drawings or understand technical concepts is a plus.
