Oversee the costing department and ensure accurate and timely cost analysis for our products Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize product costs Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities Communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders Prepare and present financial reports to management Assist in budget planning and forecasting Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations Train and mentor junior staff members in the costing department Qualifications
