HR & GA Supervisor

Our aesthetic clinic is looking for an

HR & GA Supervisor

who can manage both Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR processes: manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development.

Handle HR administration including attendance, employment contracts, employee records, and personnel documentation.

Develop and implement staff training and development programs, including identifying training needs and coordinating with internal/external trainers.

Oversee General Affairs operations: clinic facilities, cleanliness, security, building maintenance, and non-medical inventory.

Manage the DC (Distribution Center) warehouse for non-pharmacy items: receiving, storage, distribution, stock control, and reporting.

Handle procurement of non-medical operational needs: sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, purchasing, and quality monitoring.

Maintain company documents including vendor contracts, operational permits, and general administrative records.

Manage clinic assets and inventory, conduct regular stock opname, and ensure proper asset labeling and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/GA, preferably in clinics, hospitals, retail, or hospitality industries.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.

Strong understanding of recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and basic labor regulations.

Familiar with procurement, GA operations, warehouse/inventory management.

Able to work independently and manage multiple functions simultaneously.

Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
