Production Sr. Staff / Production Shift Leader

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the operational shift of the OPF according to the standards, management systems, and procedures applicable at PT FAM.

Monitor and control ongoing production processes.

Ensure the achievement of production results and predetermined targets.

Organize, develop, and evaluate employee performance in the production area.

Implement 5R (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), Continuous Improvement, K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), GMP, and FSMS programs in the work area.

Resolve issues related to safety, quality, and productivity aspects.

Perform material reconciliation used during the production process.

Ensure the proper use and maintenance of production machines.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

Strong understanding of production processes and machine knowledge.

Mastery of Cycle Time and Takt Time concepts.

Possess critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills.

Able to work effectively in a team.

Good presentation and reporting skills.
