Senior Videographer

Position Overview Coco Development Group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Videographer to produce high-quality visual content across our brands and venues. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills and the ability to manage video production from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and brand storytelling

Plan and execute video shoots including lighting, camera setup, and location preparation

Capture dynamic footage for lifestyle, hospitality, and event environments

Edit professional video content suitable for digital platforms

Handle post-production including color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics

Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency

Manage video equipment and ensure smooth production workflow

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in videography or video production

Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative and commercial work

Advanced skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and visual composition

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must have their own professional videography equipment and gear

Must be currently based in Bali

Available to start as soon as possible

Experience creating content for lifestyle, hospitality, or social media platforms is a plus
