Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: Master’s Degree (S2) in Law, or other related majors with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

Have strong expertise in civil law, agrarian law, criminal law (public law), mining law, and commercial law within

the nickel mining commodity

Have a solid understanding of official correspondence techniques and corporate documentation standards.

Possess excellent negotiation skills, contract drafting capabilities, and strong analytical abilities.

Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Have a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) certification, Certified In-House Counsel (CIC) certification, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification will be an advantage.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
