Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients, equipment, and daily bakery production needs.
Carry out bread and bakery production processes according to recipes and SOPs (mixing, fermentation, baking).
Maintain the quality, consistency, and final results of bakery products.
Implement cleanliness standards, food safety, and proper food handling procedures.
Ensure the availability of ingredient stock and report any shortages.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and equipment, and comply with established grooming standards.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Senior High School / Vocational School (preferably Culinary Arts).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker (required).
Experienced and skilled in making Asian Bread.
Experienced and knowledgeable in the bread-making process from start to finish.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work night shifts.
Ability to manage bakery raw materials is a plus.
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
Able to work on Central Kitchen at Meruya, West Jakarta
