Customer Relations Officer

We are looking for a

Customer Relations Officer to join our team in South Jakarta (Kuningan area) . This is a

full-time, on-site position . The team will support various day-to-day operations, including developing marketing and direct sales initiatives, conducting market research, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and assisting in marketing implementation.

Minimum qualifications for the role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience or strong interest in market research Ability to assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Previous experience or internship in sales or marketing is a plus Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) 0–1 year of experience in customer relations or related roles Based in the Jabodetabek area, with the ability to commute to Kuningan, Jakarta.
