Responsibilities: Recap and update PR/PO/SES/GR data from the ERP system; verify supporting documents (BOQ, contracts, delivery notes, BAST, invoices); monitor budget vs. actual and cost commitments (commitment & accrual); identify discrepancies and follow up with PICs; prepare periodic cost control reports; update dashboards; provide ad-hoc reports; and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations.

Job Description: Recap and update PR/PO/SES/GR data from the ERP system. Verify completeness of supporting documents (BOQ, contract, delivery note, BAST, invoice). Support tracking of budget vs. actual and cost commitments (commitment & accrual). Identify data discrepancies (mismatches) and follow up with the relevant PIC. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cost control reports (Excel/PowerPoint). Update dashboards (e.g., PR/PO status, cost realization, simple cash flow). Provide ad-hoc reports as required by management/project needs. Coordinate with Procurement (PR/PO status), Finance (Invoice/GR), and Operations (physical progress).

Requirement: Fresh graduate or Final-year student in Accounting or Management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in data handling Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable Preferably a direct and straightforward communicator who can express ideas clearly without unnecessary small talk
