Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring centralized recruitment related expenses and expenditures are in line with the company policies and regulations.

Responsible for providing feedback of any recruitment related governance (SOP/WIN).

Responsible for providing required support for Branch HR to fulfill manpower requirement.

Responsible for developing and maintaining sourcing network for centralized recruitment.

Accountable and responsible for overseeing end-to-end centralized recruitment (Serviceman, Salesman) from sourcing up to onboarding.
