Drafter - SCN Logistics Group

Function To create engineering designs for loading and unloading activities and analyze the capability of work equipment by developing simulation drawings prior to the execution of tasks, as per the requests of the relevant work function.

Responsibilities

Monitor operational activities based on the design.

Analyze activities for potential improvements.

Prepare activity reports for management.

Actively participate in efforts to improve operational systems.

Develop simulation design plans upon direct request from the Manager of Stevedoring & Cargo Handling.

Ensure all operational equipment adheres to established procedures.

Coordinate with relevant departments to discuss design projects.

Verify factors such as dimensions, materials, tolerances, and safety guidelines.

Monitor operational activities and liaise with clients.

Organize and maintain project documentation (files, revised drawings, and job reports).

Ensure client requirements are fulfilled.

Explain operational procedures to the project team.

Report operational results to the Head/Manager.

Provide excellent service and address client complaints with improvements.

Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Minimum Work Experience 3 years.

Certifications/Courses Proficient in computer software (Computer-Aided Design, MS Office).

Language Skills Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
