MARKETING ASSOCIATE - ACTIVATION & SPONSORSHIP

MARKETING ASSOCIATE - ACTIVATION & SPONSORSHIP Execute and implement marketing event programs based on the company's product strategy roadmap.

Support the Media Manager in executing annual marketing plans, including ATL and BTL activities.

Achieve event-based sales target KPIs as assigned by the company.

Execute integrated program activities that are attractive, impactful, and aligned with target consumer profiles.

Develop event concepts and strategies based on creative briefs to achieve business objectives.

Define measurement metrics and KPI calculations for each event.

Evaluate event performance through Media Event Reports, Sales Reports, and survey tools (including Squid surveys), and consolidate results into post-event recap reports.

Ensure all event-related documents are prepared and completed according to agreed timelines.

Coordinate timely preparation of event samples and ensure all required materials are available as scheduled.

Ensure all media benefits and deliverables tied to the events are fulfilled accurately and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 1 years experience in related field.

Strong understanding of event marketing and brand activation.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical skills for event evaluation and reporting.

Creativity in concept development and consumer engagement strategies.
