Associate Director of Finance (Asst. DOF)

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability, cash flow, and resource allocation in line with corporate objectives.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals and accurate financial projections
Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity, manage banking relationships, and optimize treasury operations including deposits, loans, and swaps.
Risk Management: Oversee insurance renewals, claims processing, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and minimize exposure.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance managers and executives, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Process Optimization: Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within finance operations to enhance accuracy and reduce turnaround times.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Experience as an Associate Director of Finance or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel/luxury property.
Strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, and team management.
Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
