Socialize Human Resource (HR) standards and practices by providing the required information, assistance, and solutions related to People matters for business leaders, ensuring that every business decision considers HR’s point of view.
Maintain annual and/or quarterly manpower planning, assist with employee selection, orientation, onboarding/offboarding, transfers within the company, ensuring all processes align with regulations.
Provide regular reports and updates on HR matters to both HR Lead and Business Leaders.
Review and resolve Legal or Industrial Relations issues to ensure compliance with company regulations and Indonesia Labor Law.
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations on HR-related matters, proposing solutions with action plans.
Understand business needs through proper analytics based on data or existing processes, providing gap analysis to develop programs, initiatives, and solutions.
Liaise with HR Lead to address HR-related business issues requiring HR expertise, initiative, and service.
Create, review, and revise HR policies for specific departments upon placement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, HRBP, or HR generalist roles.
Hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Organization Structure Analysis, Performance Management, and Manpower Planning.
