Heavy Machine Technician

Responsibilities

Comply with the company's safety and quality rules and procedures to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the power plant. General management of all related tasks, including establishment of heavy equipment work plans and work orders and create a heavyequipment handover log and report it to the relevant Shift Leader (Belt Conveyor Senior Staff) and manage the operators of each equipment. Perform daily preventive maintenance and record and report inspection results to ensure normal operation of heavy machine. In the event of a breakdown of heavy machine, conduct cause analysis and maintenance, report the necessary materials, and request the purchasing department. To support plant operations and safety, perform emergency response actions in emergency situations that threaten the continuity of plant and personnel operations. Prepare maintenance procedures for each heavy equipment and perform work according to the maintenance procedures during work. Requirements
