Job Description: Business Development & Outreach Specialist (US Market)
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Compensation: $600 per month with potential for bonus (around $500 per month, depending on results)
Contract Type: This is an Independent Contractor role, managed through Remote Hero for dedicated work with the client.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 am - 3 pm EST Time Zone.

About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and independent Business Development & Outreach Specialist to spearhead our expansion into the U.S. market. You will be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts, building our sales process from the ground up and making a significant impact on our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage outbound outreach and business development efforts targeting U.S.-based businesses, specifically those actively running paid advertising campaigns.
- Identify ideal prospects and initiate engaging conversations through Instagram DMs and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads effectively to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Design and implement the outbound sales framework from the ground up, documenting a repeatable and scalable process that translates strategy into results.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
- Work independently to take initiative and drive results in a proactive manner.
✨ Requirements:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in business development or outbound sales.
- Advanced proficiency in Instagram DM outreach and conversational selling.
- Intermediate experience in prospect research and lead qualification.
- Advanced written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of building sales workflows from scratch; you should be comfortable with ambiguity and take full ownership of creating the 'playbook' rather than just following one.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively at an advanced level.
- Experience using Instagram for professional DM outreach.
- Advanced fluency in English is required (written and verbal).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Intermediate experience selling marketing, social media, or influencer services.
- Basic to Intermediate familiarity with paid ads, performance marketing, or influencer marketing.
- Basic to Intermediate CRM or lead tracking experience.
- Intermediate experience selling into the U.S. market.
