Production Foreman

Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in accordance with production plans and targets.

Ensure production processes run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with SOPs.

Assign tasks and manage production operators/workers.

Monitor production output and product quality, and coordinate with the Quality/QC team.

Identify, handle, and report production issues related to machines, manpower, or materials.

Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety (EHS/K3), and workplace discipline in the production area.

Prepare daily/weekly production reports, including output, manpower, and issues.

Provide guidance, on-the-job training, and basic performance evaluation for production team members.

Qualifications: Minimum education S1 in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Good understanding of production processes and basic quality control.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to communicate in English for daily conversation (spoken, reading and writing)

Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Familiar with production reporting and basic Excel or production systems.

Good knowledge of workplace safety (EHS/K3).

Willing to work in shifts if required.
