About the role As a Trade Marketing professional at The Harvest Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic marketing initiatives in the South Jakarta region. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful trade marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive product sales in the local market.

Liaise with retail partners to plan and coordinate in‑store promotional activities, including product launches, displays, and merchandising.

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Manage and optimise trade marketing budgets to ensure efficient utilisation of resources.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align trade marketing objectives with the overall business strategy.

Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives, using data‑driven insights to continuously improve.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a trade marketing or retail marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, including category management, point‑of‑sale strategies, and channel marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.

Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.

Creativity and problem‑solving skills to develop innovative trade marketing solutions.

Familiarity with the South Jakarta market and a good understanding of local consumer behaviour.
