Overview

Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and product launches.
Manage and grow the companyโs online presence through consistent and engaging messaging.
Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Contribute creative ideas to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and market research techniques.
Proven experience with social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SEO/SEM and paid advertising campaigns.
Proven experience with social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and CRM platforms (especially HubSpot).
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design).
