Management Trainee Program (Jakarta Region)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Futures Development Program at PT Victory International, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves participating in training and development sessions, learning about the company's operations, and contributing to various projects. Candidates will gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in financial markets, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Individuals may also assist in analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes.
