About the Role The Finance Business Partner (FBP) supports both strategic and day-to-day business decisions by translating financial data into clear, actionable insights with

honesty and integrity . This role works closely with business leaders to improve performance, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive better outcomes. Beyond numbers, the FBP is expected to deeply understand how the business operates, demonstrate

empathy toward stakeholder needs , and influence decisions through structured analysis, transparent communication, and

agile collaboration

in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Partner with business heads to support planning, decision-making, and performance management by providing

honest, data-driven financial and operational insights . Coordinate and support the annual budgeting process, working closely with cross-functional teams while balancing business priorities with

empathy and alignment . Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports that clearly highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities with transparency and accuracy. Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and corporate financial models to support short- and medium-term planning in an

agile and responsive manner . Produce business performance analysis across multiple dimensions, including strategic KPIs, operational efficiency, sales channel performance, and unit economics. Act as a trusted finance partner by building strong, respectful relationships and engaging proactively in business discussions. Support management reporting needs by delivering timely, relevant, and decision-oriented insights in fast-changing business conditions. Contribute to the development and implementation of sound financial practices and performance management frameworks that reflect

integrity, accountability, and adaptability .

What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a similar Finance Business Partner or related role. Strong knowledge and experience in operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with a commitment to

accuracy and honesty . Strong business acumen and the ability to understand perspectives across functions with

empathy . Self-starter who is flexible, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while upholding high integrity. Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Based locally in Jakarta, Indonesia.
