Store Manager

About the Role XEXYMIX Indonesia is opening its first offline store in Indonesia, located at ASHTA District 8. We are looking for a Store Manager to lead this flagship opening. This role is a unique opportunity to build store operations, team culture, and customer experience from the ground up while representing a global activewear brand.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end store operations for XEXYMIX’s first offline store

Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through effective retail strategies

Recruit, train, coach, and develop store staff to deliver premium customer experiences

Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand standards are executed consistently

Manage inventory, stock opname, replenishment, and loss prevention

Handle customer feedback and escalations professionally, ensuring brand excellence

Prepare sales, manpower, and operational reports

Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and mall regulations

Collaborate closely with HQ teams on store opening, campaigns, and ongoing operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (Diploma with strong experience considered)

Minimum 3 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion, sports, or lifestyle retail

Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills

Proven ability to drive sales and manage store KPIs

Hands‑on experience in store setup, opening, and daily retail operations is highly preferred

Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Fluent in English is an advantage
