Retail Operations Auditor Staff

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site operational audits to stores, warehouses, and other fields Evaluate inventory controls, stock management, and warehouse processes Assess compliance with SOPs and loss prevention standards Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement Prepare clear, actionable audit reports with practical recommendations

Requirements

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of professional experience in internal audit, operational audit, finance, or accounting. (Note: Experience in public accounting/external audit (KAP/Big 4) is not required for this role) Willingness to travel frequently for branch/operational audits. Strong analytical and observational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various departments. A practical, problem-solving mindset focused on improving processes and internal controls.
