Estimation Engineer

PT Berca Buana Sakti (General Contractor) a subsidiary of CCM Group is looking for position :

Estimator Engineer

Job Description:

1. Understand tender documents such as specifications, drawings, BoQ to understand the scope of work 2. Make an analysis of the unit price of work 3. Prepare complete tender documents required in the tender process 4. Create an archive of unit price offers from SubCont and suppliers 5. Review the volume data calculated by the take off team and make a review/analysis 6. Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations 7. Clarifying the contents of quotations to subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements 8. Create a table/list of material specifications

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 2. Experiences in create RAB for project Building/Industrial and power plant. 3. Able to read engineering drawings 4. Have good communication and negotiation skills 5. At least 5 years working experience in the Construction Company / Consultant as Cost Control or Estimator 6. Willing to be located at Head Office (Bintaro, South Jakarta)
