ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Company Accountant to oversee the financial operations across Fabric Living (development & sales) and Lumina (construction). This role is critical in supporting our rapidly growing ecosystem of villa development, construction, and management businesses. The ideal candidate will bring technical accounting expertise, strong financial leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build and refine systems that support scalability and transparency. Strategic & Operational Finance

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 7+ years experience in an accounting or senior finance role.

Construction or property development accounting experience highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, corporate compliance, and financial reporting standards.

Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Journal, Accurate, or similar).

Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models and project forecasts.

Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to work across multiple entities and manage complex financial structures.

Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred.
