What You Will Experience: Support product development by providing technical expertise to Sales and Customers Advise customers on material selection, paper quality, and machinery adjustments Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions for both customers and the company Maintain detailed records of all non-quality complaints and applications Respond promptly to complaints through credit memos, RSCs, or revised documentation Develop and implement technical customer support guidelines and standards Prepare regular reports on customer complaints and resolutions for direct superiors Perform additional tasks related to the role as assigned by direct superiors

What is Required: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably from reputable university Background in Production or Quality Control with technical knowledge in engineering, chemical, or computer-related fields Min. 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role in the label industry (converter environment required) Strong knowledge of market dynamics, client management, and production & sales coordination Expertise in negotiation, complaint handling, and client relationship management Excellent reporting and presentation skills Fluent in English (written and spoken)
