Job Description:

Ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Coordinate and oversee incident resolution processes to ensure alignment with established SLAs.

Identify and communicate any issues or obstacles to relevant users and stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end system and process development to drive optimal efficiency in application processes and development, while adhering to applicable risks and regulations.

Continuously develop personal competencies in line with agreed performance targets.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking and technology sectors

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Platforms.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Basic understanding of system architecture, especially Microsoft platforms.

Basic knowledge of SQL, particularly Microsoft SQL and SSIS CRM.

Basic knowledge of API-based system integration.

In-depth understanding of Incident Management and Problem Management.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
