Operational Manager

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, including experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager.

Strong understanding of outlet operations and daily workflows.

Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Proven ability in managing operational budgets and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide outlet supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Develop and implement operational programs and strategies.

Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain service standards.

Ensure all staff adhere to company SOPs.

Conduct employee training and performance reviews.

Resolve operational conflicts promptly and effectively.

Plan and execute monthly and annual operational strategies, including budgeting, promotions, food cost management, and product development.

Willing to work mobile in Jakarta and Bekasi areas.
