PT Rajawali Adikarya (RAK) is an IT Consulting & Services company that focuses in IT ERP & CPM Implementation, IT Software Development, Internet of Things (IoT) Services, Machine Automation Installation, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Implementation, which aims to provide optimized Investment, Technology, and Quality in every consulting service and service that we provide to Customers.

RAK provides end-to-end solutions, including Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), Corporate Performance Management (CPM) which includes Financial Consolidation Applications as well as Planning & Budgeting, Business Intelligent (BI), Human Capital Management (HCM), Software Implementation Services, Software Development, and Infrastructure.

RAK offers broad strategic services with professional and highly experienced resources and has an in-depth understanding of the best practices of most major business and its regulation in Indonesia. RAK provides tools to better manage and calibrate the Customerโ€™s business so that it can provide a real competitive advantage for the Customer.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT General Requirements:

Good educational background in any discipline, with minimum Bachelor degree

Have at least 3 years experiences in Sales & Business Development role for IT Software or ERP System; or

Have a minimum 6 years experiences in ERP Software Implementation project as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst

Fully aware of Business Development Objectives; understand & apply of Sales Technic and Method; and understand & familiar the works of Sales & Business Development with the concept "measure the uncertainty".

Having strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding presentation skill, and having a good document/report writing skills.

Have a high integrity, truly professional, approachable, honest, and having sound ethical values.

A very initiative & proactive person; attractive, creative, innovative, and great working attitude with outgoing personality.

Determination to follow through and complete the target โ€“ to reach specified goals and do what is necessary to reach them.

An independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously.

Accustomed to work under pressure and eager to accept new challenges & targets.

Ability to think and act independently without extensive oversight; and take very specific direction as needed

Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment while remaining focused on quality and customer service.

Understand and able to apply in both of normative and tactical approaches in different work situations & conditions.

Passionate to solve practical problems in a quick and timely manner and interpret a variety of facts/data/information in a written or oral form.

Ability to build strong business relationships with the Clients at all levels

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

This position will be appointed in Sales & Business Development Executive

This position will be responsible for generating leads and following up on these lead prospects in a series of measurable sales activities with clear goals.

This position are targets sales achievements basis, both to new client acquisitions and existing customers, for the companyโ€™s products and services. Targets are set on a quarterly or semester basis.

This position to be stationed at our Jakarta and/or Sentul Office, and will require frequent travel to client project sites
