Assistant Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up window displays, mannequins, and in‑store visual concepts. Maintain daily visual standards across apparel, jeans, and accessories sections. Support seasonal launches and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to align product placement with sales priorities. Monitor store fixtures, props, and signage to ensure consistency. Provide feedback on customer reactions to visual displays. Help train staff on visual merchandising guidelines. Qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree (Sarjana/S1) Experience in retail or visual merchandising preferred. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work flexible hours (weekends, holidays). Good communication and teamwork skills. Passion for fashion and brand aesthetics. Location: North Jakarta, Jakarta, ID
