Role Overview As the

Order Control Manager

at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, you will oversee and analyze

Purchase Orders

to ensure optimal inventory levels across the Operational (Store) and Commercial directorates. Your role involves managing stock data, PO fulfillment, and identifying trends in

Out Of Stock (OOS)

metrics.

Responsibilities

Ensure the availability of stock data for event items and provide comprehensive reports on outstanding orders prior to initiating repeat orders.

Review and verify Purchase Order (PO) procedures for both the Operational and Commercial directorates to ensure full compliance.

Provide stock suggestions for promotional (event) items based on requests, ensuring these are finalized at least two weeks before the promotion begins.

Oversee inventory management practices to ensure they align with the strategic requirements of management and store operations.

Monitor the availability of

PLC (Product Life Cycle)

data based on monthly closing reports.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar order control or supply chain management role.

Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving process improvements.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

In-depth understanding of purchasing, procurement and inventory management best practices.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the retail, transportation and logistics industry.
