Purchasing Manager

As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a strategic role in leading end-to-end procurement operations across our F&B business units. You will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, supply reliability, strong vendor partnerships, and governance compliance while supporting business expansion and operational excellence. This role requires a strong negotiator, analytical thinker, and leader who can drive procurement strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and non-food items Identify pricing and product specifications aligned with company standards Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency Manage import procurement processes in compliance with regulations Source, evaluate, onboard, and terminate vendors based on performance Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers Draft and review vendor agreements and contractual documents Ensure compliance with Halal, HACCP, and food safety certifications Conduct periodic stock opname and purchasing audits Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly purchasing reports Coordinate closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operations departments Lead, develop, and evaluate the purchasing team performance Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Hospitality, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role Strong experience in raw material and non-food procurement Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management and Risk Management Experience using ERP systems Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Visio) Strong leadership and team management capability Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
