Build and manage relationships with TNVS operators, liaisons, and driver partners.

Develop & manage a team of influential leaders & collaborators to promote the conversion of buying/renting Vinfast electric cars & participating in XanhPlatform in the driver community.

Survey and propose appropriate policies for each Partner group.

Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of cooperation to ensure effective cooperation.

Manage partnership, support receiving feedback and monitor the progress of coordination between customers and company.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in Affiliate development.

Strong network or prior exposure to fleet operators, taxi/transport cooperatives, or ride‑hailing platforms.

Proven ability to meet or exceed Sales Target.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Good command of English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
