Job Description:

Audit Coordination

Act as a liaison between the technology team and internal/external auditors.

Ensure completeness of documents, evidence, and information required during the audit process.

Monitor audit follow-up actions and ensure timely completion.

Regulatory Reporting

Prepare and manage technology compliance reports in accordance with applicable regulations (OJK, BI, etc.).

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to regulators.

Coordinate with relevant units for data collection and validation.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicate audit and regulatory information clearly to management and related teams.

Create engaging and informative presentations for management meetings.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in technology audit, compliance, or regulatory reporting (fresh graduates with strong interest are also considered).

Strong interest in technology audit and regulation (mandatory).

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Basic knowledge of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.

Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.

High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of information.
