Senior Specialist in Trust & Safety

to help protect the integrity of our marketplace, enhance fraud prevention efforts, and drive improvements across our operational processes.

What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our Trust & Safety team, you will:

Analyze and combat fraud in real‑time by identifying suspicious patterns and user behavior.

Develop tools, dashboards, and trackers to support ongoing audits and quality checks.

Collaborate with product teams to improve fraud detection systems and implement scalable trust‑related features.

Monitor and enhance marketplace quality, ensuring listings and employer accounts meet our platform standards.

Partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to manage incidents and drive resolution within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform deep‑dive investigations into suspected fraudulent activity.

Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor fraud and listing quality.

Identify root causes and recommend product or policy changes to reduce fraudulent listings.

Write and present fraud case reports and policy recommendations to senior leadership.

Map operational processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and workflow improvement opportunities to support scale.

Who We Are Looking For

3‑5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Fraud Detection, or a related field

Strong SQL skills and comfort with large data sets

Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes, identity verification systems, or third‑party vendors

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Clear communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders

Experience supporting or managing legal case operations is a plus
