Cost Analyst (Manufacture / EPC) (North Jakarta)

Cost Analyst (Manufacture / EPC) (North Jakarta) Monitor, analyze, and control company budgets to ensure cost efficiency and financial discipline

Prepare cost analysis, budget tracking, and variance reports on a regular basis

Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and savings

Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement, etc.)

Ensure budget control processes comply with internal policies and procedures

Provide accurate financial insights to support management decision‑making

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Minimum

3–5 years

of experience in budget control, cost control, or related roles

Must have experience in a manufacturing environment (experience in EPC is a strong plus)

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and budgeting/reporting tools

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Willing to be placed in
