As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead strategic workstreams, contribute to high-impact transformation projects, and mentor junior team members. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams to optimise processes, enhance operating models, and transform organisations with a focus on elevating medical affairs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead capability-building initiatives and support wider enterprise transformation projects. Analyse business challenges and deliver data-driven, strategic recommendations. Collaborate with clients to align on objectives and implement solutions effectively. Manage workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and support change management efforts. Contribute to business development and internal initiatives like marketing and recruitment

What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of consulting experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences (Medical Affairs expertise preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in capability building, process improvement, and operating model design. Proven ability to engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional team
