Senior Staff Product Development

who’s hands-on, detail-obsessed, and ready to bring new products from idea to launch fast and right. This role is for someone who understands that

great products drive great content, sales, and loyalty . You’ll be deeply involved in formulation, testing, coordination, and launch execution not just planning from the sidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing Own the

end-to-end product development

process, from concept to market launch Manage

new product launches , including formulation, packaging, testing, and documentation Work closely with OEM/ODM partners, labs, and suppliers to ensure quality and timelines Translate product ideas into

clear, market-ready SKUs

with strong value propositions Coordinate internal teams (marketing, regulatory, operations) to ensure smooth launches Review samples, conduct product testing, and ensure products meet brand standards Track development timelines and push projects forward with urgency and accountability

What We’re Looking For Minimum

3+ years of experience

in beauty/skincare product development Proven track record in

launching new skincare products Hands-on experience

means that you’ve worked directly with formulas, samples, packaging, and vendors Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, sunscreen products, and production workflows Detail-oriented, organized, and able to move fast without losing quality Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment

Bonus Points If You Have: Experience developing

sunscreen or SPF products Familiarity with

BPOM / cosmetic regulatory processes Background in fast-moving consumer brands or DTC beauty
