About the Company VinFast Automobile Indonesia is building the next generation of electric vehicles with advanced manufacturing technology and world-class production standards. ⚙️ About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Paint Shop Director to lead paint manufacturing operations and ensure high-quality coating performance, production efficiency, and environmental compliance. ✅ QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles such as Paint Shop Manager / Paint Shop Head / Paint Shop DirectorStrong expertise in automotive coating systems including pretreatment, electro-deposition (ED), basecoat, and clearcoat processesExperience managing paint automation systems and robotic painting technologyExperience in paint line installation, plant setup, or paint shop expansion projectsExperience supporting new model paint process development and SOP ramp-upStrong knowledge of paint quality control, coating performance, and surface finishing standardsKnowledge of environmental compliance, VOC control, and sustainability requirementsProven ability to manage production efficiency and operational KPIsFluent in English ?️ Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Paint Shop manufacturing operationsEnsure coating quality and durability meet automotive standardsOptimize paint process efficiency and material consumptionOversee paint line automation and robotic systemsEnsure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives in paint manufacturingSupport new vehicle model launches and paint process development
