Marketing Manager (F&B Holding Company)
We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead the marketing strategy across our
F&B holding company , covering multiple outlets and diverse business units (restaurants, catering, and retail). This role is key in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative and dataโdriven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
integrated marketing strategies
for all brands under the holding.
Manage
brand positioning, campaigns, and promotions
for multiple outlets & business units.
Oversee
digital marketing , including social media, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and CRM.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with operations, sales, and management teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics.
Lead coordination with external marketing agencies and creative vendors.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years experience
in marketing within the
F&B industry , preferably at a holding or multiโbrand level.
Proven track record of managing
multiple outlets and business units
simultaneously.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Solid knowledge of
digital marketing tools & analytics .
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Creative, dataโdriven, and resultsโoriented.
