Job Description :

Achieve sales targets.

Identify prospective customers and potential markets.

Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales programs and pipelines.

Present and promote pest control services to residential customers.

Survey new or existing residential customers.

Prepare proposals for customers.

Negotiate with customers.

Draft and finalize service agreements and contracts.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements :

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.

Have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Skills required: marketing, communication, negotiation.

Ability to handle customer complaints and be result-oriented.

Must have a valid driving license (A/C).

Placement: Industry South Branch Area (Jakarta Timur, Depok, Bogor, and surrounding areas)
