As quantum computing moves from experimentation to infrastructure deployment, Quandela is at the forefront of enabling hybrid quantum-classical architectures across Europe’s supercomputing ecosystem.
To support our rapid growth, we are expanding our commercial team and seeking a Sales Engineer specialized in Quantum & HPC infrastructure.
You will drive the growth of Quandela’s Offers sales across high-performance computing (HPC) centers, cloud infrastructure providers, enterprise clients, and research institutions. This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on selling next‑generation quantum computing hardware and associated services.
As you will identify and close opportunities, manage key accounts, and contribute to the overall go‑to‑market strategy for cutting‑edge quantum solutions, this is a hunter role: you open doors, build strategic pipelines from scratch, and close landmark deals.

Win new HPC customers across Europe.
Position MosaiQ as a strategic infrastructure component in national and European roadmaps.
Capture high‑value public and research‑driven contracts.
Establish Quandela as a key quantum partner for leading supercomputing centers.
You will operate at the crossroads of quantum computing, HPC, public funding ecosystems, and deep‑tech infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Strong Market Expansion
Identify and penetrate new HPC accounts across Europe (national centers, EuroHPC sites, research supercomputers).
Proactively originate opportunities — not just respond to inbound demand.
Engage early in infrastructure planning cycles to influence future procurement decisions.
Build a qualified pipeline of strategic opportunities with multi‑year revenue potential.
Complex Deal Leadership
Own the full sales cycle from cold approach to contract signature.
Lead high‑value RFP responses and competitive tenders.
Navigate multi‑stakeholder governance structures (technical committees, procurement boards, ministries).
This is not transactional selling — it is strategic infrastructure selling.
Evangelize the integration of photonic QPUs within hybrid HPC environments.
Drive executive‑level conversations around:
Quantum acceleration
National sovereignty in advanced computing
Strategic Relationship Building
Develop trusted relationships with:
CTOs and infrastructure leads
Scientific computing heads
Government stakeholders
Represent Quandela at major industry events (ISC, SC, EuroHPC Summit).
Build ecosystem leverage with integrators and research consortia.
What We Are Looking For
Hunter Mindset
You thrive on opening new accounts and breaking into strategic institutions.
You are comfortable operating without an existing installed base.
You combine patience (long cycles) with relentless pipeline creation.
You are competitive, ambitious, and execution‑driven.
Experience
7+ years in B2B deep‑tech sales (HPC, advanced infrastructure, AI compute, scientific systems, or quantum technologies).
Proven success closing complex, high‑value deals in public or research‑driven ecosystems.
Strong experience with European public procurement and large infrastructure tenders.
Existing network within European HPC or advanced computing environments is a major plus.
Technical Fluency
You can confidently discuss:
HPC architectures (clusters, accelerators, interconnects, cooling, integration)
Data center constraints and infrastructure planning
Hybrid quantum‑classical workflows
You do not need to be a physicist — but you must command technical credibility.
Soft Skills
Executive presence and strategic storytelling ability
Ability to influence without authority
High resilience and long‑term drive
